From December 2, 2024,

Spain’s Real Decreto 933/2021

imposes new obligations

on businesses & individuals

offering tourist accommodation

To be clear to my guests.

The compliance for myself as host

plus my guests, is mandatory.

I have legally registered

with the new Government site.

For All Adults & children

I have to supply the following-

*Passport or ID Card Info

Passport Number

( Plus Support No. on ID Card)

*Full Given name

*Surnames(s)

*Date of birth. *Nationality

*Sex

*For minors under 14 -

The relationship/kinship to adults

in the guest party.

Also For each person traveling -

*Full home address of EACH person,

*Including Country, Town & post code.

*Email address*Phone number

If you consent

to send information

by Email/Whatsapp

it enables me ready to complete

the required information

for the Government site.

I will have to check your passport

or ID Card on arrival.

To make sure the entry

for the government site is correct

I have to enter data of all guests

within 24 hours of arrival.

For me .. *I am also obliged to enter -

The platform

where the guest booked the property

i.e. Airbnb or Booking dot Com etc.

Or a Direct booking with me.
